(hint: you know you are!)
Join me for a live private training workshop + q&a session where we'll dive into all the fundamentals (and finishing touches) of hand rolled truffles.
Hurry! Limited seating available to make this training as valuable as possible to you!
Let's get real:
You’ve been wanting to to make professional-looking, clutter-free gifts, but whenever you sit down to make it happen, you’re immediately overwhelmed:
There are SO many different tips, tricks, cheats and “hacks” all over the internet. Between YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and expensive recipe books, it can get overwhelming. Not to mention that EVERYONE thinks they're an expert these days and has their own "hack"
When you go to buy ingredients, the choices at the store are endless (What is “Almond Bark” anyway??) How do you know which is right for this project?
Your mom is lactose intolerant and your cousin is vegan. How do you adapt recipes to different peoples’ dietary preferences/restrictions?
In the past, you’ve ended up “homemade” looking, messy, amateur-ish results but you really want to give a stunning, professional looking treat.
Once you’ve made the thing, how do you package it into a beautiful gift?
The amount of time it must take to make handmade gifts for everyone on your list seems daunting.
Ugh. It’s overwhelming even thinking about it!
Now I want you to take a minute to imagine...
Your family's faces lighting up on Christmas morning. ”Oh! You made this?!!” They’ll be blown away at the professional presentation, then all over again with the rich flavors and silky texture of something YOU made.
Being able to spend an afternoon creating something special with your kids or other littles in your life. You’ll be crafting memories that will last a lifetime (for both of you).
Being able to really treat and pamper the people in your life with dietary restrictions, instead of making them feel left out or burdensome.
Your friends will be bragging to everyone about how masterful you are and what a unique treat you gave them. “When are you making more!”
People will look forward to handmade gifts from you and will be impressed all over again as you present them with new, intriguing flavors year after year.
And best of all, being able to make tons of handmade gifts all in the course of a WEEKEND!
...all without investing tons of money on tools or tons of time sifting through the abundance of partial information on YouTube.
If so, then let me introduce you to your new BFF:

Ready to get rollin'?
Hi there, my name is Becca.
(In case we haven't already met)
I teach home cooks, just like you, the fundamentals of chocolate making.
A few years ago though? I was in your shoes:
I wanted to use my creativity to make unique gifts for my friends and family without burdening them with more "stuff" that they would have to find a place for in their homes and that would ultimately just end up collecting dust.
Fast forward a few years and now I am creating stunning chocolate truffles on a regular basis (and have even launched my own chocolate business!)
I can't wait to show you how it's done!
These are the most amazing chocolates! I am a professional wedding photographer and recently had the pleasure to work with Becca on a styled shoot. Her chocolates are not only a piece of art- but some of the best quality chocolate I have had and very unique flavors. She was super friendly as well. I would highly recommend her chocolates as a unique treat for your wedding guests.
Jessica Eddington, Wedding Photographer
We purchased numerous packages of these [chocolates] to be displayed through our enormous charcuterie board table. Our wedding guests loved them, they were devoured quickly; we had so many people wondering what they were and where we got them. Thank you for such a great treat.

Have a question?
I've got an answer!
When does the workshop take place (date + time)?
I will be streaming LIVE on Tuesday December 6th at 11 am Pacific time
What if I can’t attend live?
I will be recording the broadcast and will email everyone a replay to watch at their leisure. If you have any questions you want answered during the Q&A portion, feel free to email them to me in advance.
What is the time commitment?
The class itself will be about 2 hours long. There will be a Q&A portion at the end where you can ask me questions about anything that was unclear or that wasn't covered. Making a batch of truffles can be done in as little as one day, but if it's your first time, you might want to dedicate a full weekend. (Don't worry, there's a lot of downtime involved waiting for things to chill)
Are there any prerequisites?
Nope, not really. This is an introductory class. The concepts we cover will be useful in my upcoming, more advanced classes, but you can benefit from this class even if you've never cooked anything before.
Are there any other material or equipment costs besides the enrollment cost of the workshop?
You will only need some basic kitchen equipment for this class: bowls, spoons, spatulas, measuring cups/spoons. Helpful but not critical are things like a food scale and an instant-read thermometer.
You WILL need to purchase your own ingredients. I'll go over how to choose the right ones in the workshop.
What are the payment options?
You can pay with a card or PayPal.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the LIVE + digital nature of The Weekend Chocolatier (and the fact that you could consume the entire product in just a few, short hours!) I do not offer refunds for this product.
However, I want you to be absolutely THRILLED with your purchase, so please reach out to me-- becca@pyroclasticchocolate.com --if you have any issues and I’ll be happy to resolve them with you.
